Account Management Guide
Managing your account settings ensures that your profile stays accurate, secure, and tailored to your preferences. This guide explains how to update your main account information, configure global settings, manage security features, and permanently delete your account if needed.
Update Main Account Details
To make changes to your primary account information:
1. Go to My Profile.
2. You can update the following:
- Full name
- Email address
- Time zone
- Profile photo
Some updates, especially those affecting account security (such as email address), may require you to re-enter your password for verification.
Manage Global Account Settings
To manage preferences that apply to all linked accounts:
1. Navigate to My Profile > Main Settings.
2. From here, you can adjust the following:
Date and Time Preferences:
- Date format: Example: M d, Y (Jul 19, 2025)
- Time format: Choose between 24-hour (14:01) or 12-hour (2:01 PM)
Measurement Units:
- Weight: Choose between pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg)
- Dimensions: Choose between meters (m) or feet/inches (ft/in)
These global settings will apply across your dashboards, logs, and other data visualizations.
Change Password
To update your password:
- Go to My Profile > Main Settings.
- Enter your current password.
- Provide a new password.
- Confirm the new password.
Make sure your new password is strong and unique. It’s recommended to use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
How to Set It Up:
- Go to My Profile > Main Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.
- Use a mobile authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to scan the QR code provided.
- Enter the verification code from your app to confirm and activate 2FA.
Recovery Codes:
- Once 2FA is enabled, you will receive 10 single-use recovery codes. These can be used to log in if you lose access to your authentication device.
- You can show or generate new recovery codes at any time.
- Store these codes in a secure location (such as a password manager).
- Each code can only be used once.
Delete Account
Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
If you choose to delete your account:
- All account data will be lost.
- Access to your domains will be permanently removed.
- Your current subscription or package will be immediately canceled.
To delete your account:
- Go to My Profile > Main Settings > Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps as prompted.
